Caltra ("Caltra," "we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered nutrition and calorie tracking application designed to help users estimate calories, track meals, and monitor nutrition-related information.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The information you provide is accurate. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your account. Providing accurate and up-to-date information. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Caltra uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze food images and provide calorie and nutrition estimates. You acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated results are estimates only. Results may contain inaccuracies or errors. Nutrition information may differ from actual values. The Service is intended for informational purposes only. You should independently verify important nutritional information when accuracy is critical.

Caltra does not provide: Medical advice, Healthcare services, Nutritional counseling, Diagnosis or treatment. Information provided through the Service should not be considered medical advice and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Always seek professional medical advice regarding health, nutrition, dietary, or medical concerns.

You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful purposes. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts. Interfere with the operation of the Service. Upload malicious code or harmful content. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law. Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.

The Service, including but not limited to: Software, Design, User interface, Logos, Branding, Text, Graphics, AI-related functionality is owned by Caltra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, including food images and meal information, you grant Caltra a limited license to process, store, and use such content solely for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that: The Service will always be available. The Service will be uninterrupted. The Service will be error-free. AI-generated outputs will always be accurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if: You violate these Terms. We believe your use presents security or legal risks. Required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALTRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALTRA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS MADE USING THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caltra, its affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: Your use of the Service, Your violation of these Terms, Your violation of applicable laws, Your infringement of third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and disclosed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted within the Service or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
